Installing the pipes

To prepare for mounting the ceramics, install the flush and drain pipes. To do this, first cut the pipes to size and grease them at the ends and at the front thread with the enclosed grease. Now you can fit the pipes and fix the insulating mat.

Installing the bowl

To faciliate installation, place the ceramic on the joining aid (cardboard) and position it at a distance of 100 mm in front of the tile wall. Now, place the hose and the cable through the opening and fit the nuts without tightening them.

TIP: In case the joining aid does not provide the required height, you can additionally place other existing packaging material under the ceramic to achieve the required height.

Align the ceramic with a spirit level and tighten the nuts with a spanner.

TIP: It is essential that the threaded bolts are flush with the nuts to avoid problems when mounting and fixing the technical unit. The threaded bolts must be set to a length of 58 mm. If the bolts are too long, it is not possible to join cleanly during assembly, which may result in damage to the technical unit, as shown in the image.

Now you can remove the spirit level and joining aid and carefully cut off protruding insulation. To check whether the system is tight, activate the flush. If there is no leakage, you can seal the ceramic with silicone.

Installing the WC lid

Place the cardboard on the WC basin and fix the hose and cable in the slots provided. Connect the cable to the technical unit of the lid and secure it by screwing it in place. Connect the hose to the lid, secure it with the locking ring and open the ball valve. You can now remove the cardboard, place the technical unit in the WC basin and fix it with gentle pressure.

TIP: A “click” can be heard when it snaps into place.
