A more efficient solution for public and private areas
Providing a clean and sanitary option to wash your hands in a public or private environment gets harder with the number of visitors using the tap and basin. Consider shared office spaces or your private bathroom on the day of a birthday party: with every hand touching the tap, it gets more messy and unhygienic. And cleaning facilities after each use is not really realistic.
